The staff was helpful. Oak made eggs just the way I liked it. Irene and Julia were also fantastic and accommodating. Breakfast was something I looked forward to. Sohel left towel animals in our room. This was a nice touch.
The iron stand in the room fell. It was a safety hazard, as I was pressing my clothes. I am glad I was not injured. The salon at the facility was disappointing. No stylists showed up for the appointment.

The room cleaning by Jefrin was excellent. I appreciated his attention to detail. The location provided easy access to nearby restaurants. I also found the staff helpful. Oak the chef made my eggs exactly as I liked.
The iron stand was not stable. It fell while I was using it.

The staff provided excellent service. Oak prepared my eggs perfectly at breakfast. Julia, Isabella, and Irene were friendly and accommodating, really made the mornings great! Sohel, the housekeeper, left creative towel animals in our room daily. I also found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

i really liked the friendly people there. mahmoud at the reception, he does a great job and always smile. everything goes smooth and you feel wellcome. also, the location works well, beach is near and lot of restaurant is around.
the web thing for airport pickup did not work good. i entered my credit card details correct. but the site kept reject them. also, early checkin was not possible cause technical problems. the online side could be much better.

The hotel's location is very convenient. I enjoyed complimentary chocolate available daily. The pool area was well-kept. I had a room with a balcony that offered a nice view.
The gym hours were somewhat restrictive. I hope the opening hours are extended.
